NEXT STEP CENTER, INC.

Emergency Shelter for Somerset County Residents

Communities that Care: Although we currently receive a state Emergency Shelter Grant, which is a dollar for dollar matching grant, donations from the Somerset Community are necessary in order to access these funds. Without the support of our local Clubs, Churches, organizations and many kind individuals, it would be difficult to maintain the day to day operations of our shelter.

Donations Policy

Food, as well as Cleaning, Paper and Personal Care Products will be gladly accepted.
Unless we have specifically requested them, please send your Clothing and General Household Item donations to a local thrift store.
We are accepting good condition, used furniture.  Please call to schedule all deliveries.
Thank you!
